Welcome to the Innerbloom Yoga Studio FAQ page. Whether you’re thinking about joining us for a class, curious about memberships, or just want to know more about the studio, you’re in the right place. We’ve answered some of our most frequently asked questions here to make things easy for you.

General Questions

You’ll find us upstairs in the iFLY Indoor Skydiving building. To visit, enter through the glass door at 3084 Surfers Paradise Blvd and head up the stairs to the red fire door. Simply ring the bell next to the door, and one of our friendly staff members will be there to welcome you. If you’re visiting between 9:30am and 6:30pm, feel free to enter through the main iFLY entrance as well. We look forward to seeing you!

No need to bring a mat—we’ve got you covered! We provide high-quality yoga mats and all the props you’ll need (bolsters, blankets, straps, blocks), and we’ll have everything set up before you arrive. After each class, we thoroughly clean and sanitize the mats, so all you need to do is show up in comfy clothes, relax, and enjoy your practice. We’ll take care of the rest!

Yes, there’s nearby street parking that’s free before 9am and after 7pm. If you prefer, the Bruce Bishop Car Park is just a 5-minute walk from the studio. Public transport is also super convenient—simply hop off at the Surfers Paradise tram station and walk north for 1 minute, and you’ll find us easily!

Classes, Workshops, Events

You can easily book classes through our website or the Innerbloom Yoga Studio booking app (Apple or Android). While walk-ins are welcome, we highly recommend booking in advance to guarantee your spot!

Yes, we rent our space for private events, group classes, and workshops. The studio is equipped with a sprung floor, ceiling speakers, and floor-to-ceiling windows, making it an ideal space for dance and movement practices as well.
