Vinyasa Yoga:
Vinyasa yoga is a dynamic and flowing style that synchronizes movement with breath. It is often referred to as "flow" yoga. In Vinyasa classes, practitioners transition smoothly from one pose to another, creating a continuous and fluid sequence. It can be physically challenging, as it builds strength, flexibility, and cardiovascular endurance. Vinyasa classes may vary in intensity and speed, making it suitable for practitioners of different levels.
Beginner Yoga:
Beginner yoga is a type of yoga practice specifically designed for individuals who are new to yoga or have limited experience with it. It serves as an introductory level for those who may be unfamiliar with yoga postures, breathing techniques, and the overall philosophy of yoga. The classes primarily focus on basic yoga poses or asanas, with an experienced instructor explaining proper alignment and body awareness to prevent injuries and ensure that participants understand the fundamentals.
Yin Yoga:
